1. Commission Structure

2. Payment Terms

Payouts in USDC on Base network. 7-day hold on all commissions. Commissions reversed if referred user cancels within 30 days. Minimum $10 balance to trigger payout.

3. Prohibited Conduct — Zero Tolerance

Immediate permanent ban and full clawback for:

Self-referral via multiple accounts or VPNs
Creating fake accounts to generate commissions
Paying others to sign up
Cookie stuffing or misleading promotion
Spam distribution of referral links

4. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for reporting affiliate income to tax authorities. ekoreva does not withhold taxes.

5. Clawback Rights

ekoreva may reverse any fraudulent commission, even if already paid. Legal action may follow for significant fraud.

6. Governing Law

Delaware, USA. Binding arbitration.
